Özet
Osmanlının fethinden yaklaşık yüz yıl önce Hrvatini?, Kosa?a ve Radenovi? gibi Bosna ve Hum bölgesindeki önde gelen soylu ailelerin feodal derebeyleri neredeyse Kotromani? Hanedanlığı üyesi olan Bosna kralları kadar güçlenmişlerdi. Voyvoda olarak adlandırılan bu derebeyleri zaman zaman Bosna Krallığı’nın idaresine kimin geçeceğine karar verebilmişlerdir. Bosna’nın kralları, Macar Krallığı ve papalık gibi Katolik güçlerle Bosna ve Hum bölgesindeki heretikleri ortadan kaldırmak için gizli ittifaklar kurarken derebeyleri yerel halkı ve heretikleri onlara karşı korumaya çalışmaktadırlar. Öte yandan bölgede Bosnalılar ve Osmanlıların ilk temasının vuku bulduğu dönemde soylu aileler arasında siyasal çekişmeler gün yüzüne çıkmıştır. Özellikle I. Kosova Savaşı’nın ardından Bosna ve Hum’da Türklerin etkisi artmış ve bölgedeki siyasi güçlerin Türklerle olan teması daha da sıklaşmıştı. Bu dönemdeki yoğun temasın bir sonucu olarak Türklerden de, idari ve ticari belgelerin metinlerinde bahsedilmeye başlanmıştır. Bu tezde, dönemin belgelerin yardımıyla Türklerin bölge siyasetinde oynadığı rolün ortaya konması amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde tarihsel sürece odaklanılmış ve ardından Türklerden bahseden belgeler incelenmiştir.
About one hundred years before the conquest of the Ottomans, the feudal lords of some leading noble families in Bosnia and Hum such as Hrvatini?, Kosa?a and Radenovi? were almost as strong as the kings of Bosnia who were members of the dynasty Kotromani?. At times these lords called voivode, could decide who will accede to the throne of Bosnian Kingdom. While Bosnian kings conspiring with Catholic forces like Hungarian Kingdom and Papacy to eliminate the heretics in Bosnia and Hum, the lords were trying to protect the local people and heretics against them. On the other hand, political conflicts among noble families emerged at the time of the first contact of Ottomans and Bosnians in the region. Especially, after the Battle of Kosovo (1389) the effectiveness of Turks in Bosnia and Hum increased and contact of political forces in the region with Turks became more frequent. As a result of intense contact in this period, Turks were also mentioned in the texts of administrative and commercial documents. In this thesis, it is aimed to reveal the role of Turks in the politics of the region by means of these documents. In the first chapter of the study, the historical process of the region is focused on and then the documents mentioning Turks have been scrutinized.
