Atropine is thought to produce the most effective cycloplegia in early childhood. Cyclopentolate and Tropicamide are the best known short acting cycloplegic agents. Phenylephrine is an adrenergic agent and has also a cycloplegic effect. In this study we compared a combination of Cyclopentolate, Tropicamide and Phenylephrine with Atropine and observed no difference between them.en_US
