| dc.description.abstract | Reel sektör krizleri, mal ve hizmetler piyasalarında yani üretimde daralma şeklinde görülebilir. Küreselleşmenin de etkisiyle anılan krizler toplumsal yaşam üzerinde önemli sonuçlar yaratmaktadır. Bu nedenle tüm ülke ekonomi yönetimlerinin, krizlerin yaşanmaması için önlemler alması, toplum fertlerinin, özellikle de yatırımcıların bilinçlendirilmesi ve yönlendirilmesi ve gerektiğinde aşırı iştahının kesilmesi gerektiği ortadadır.Çalışmada öncelikle kriz, risk ve ilgili kavramların tanımı yapılmış ve geçmişte yaşanan krizlere ilişkin bazı çalışmalara yer verilmiştir. İkinci olarak Son Krizin ortaya çıkış nedenleri ve Türkiye üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. Ardından çeşitli ülkelerin reel sektör firmalarına ilişkin veriler değerlendirilmiştir. Bunu takiben işletme sermayesi tanımlanmış ve reel sektör performansını ölçmeye yönelik rasyolar üzerinde çalışılmıştır. İMKB'de kotta bulunan reel sektör firmalarının malî tabloları esas alınarak yapılan ve dönen varlıklara ilişkin rasyoların analizi ile devam edilmiştir.Kriz öncesi dönem ile kriz dönemi arasında reel sektör dönen varlıklarının etkilenme düzeyi, oluşturulan hipotezle test edilmiş ve iki kuyruklu anlamlılık testi yapılmıştır.Sonuç olarak çalışmada ele alınan ülkelerin bazılarının krizden etkilendiği, Türk Reel Sektörünün bu ülkelere nazaran daha az ve daha yüzeysel etkilendiği söylenebilir. İMKB'de kotta bulunan şirketler arasından seçilen 45 şirket üzerinde yapılan istatistikî analizin sonuçlarına göre de, Son Krizin bu şirketlerin dönen varlıkları üzerindeki etkisinin sınırlı kaldığı görülmüştür.Anahtar Kelimeler: Reel Sektör, Son Krizin Etkileri, Dönen Varlıklar, İMKB'de Bir Uygulama, Rasyo Analizi | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Real sector crises may be seen in the form of shrinking in goods and services markets, thus in production. With the impact of globalization, the crises mentioned, have considerable consequences on social life. Therefore, it is obvious that all of the countries? economy administrators need to take precautions to avoid crises, to direct and to increase the consciousness of citizens, especially the investors and to kill their appetite, whenever needed.Definitions of crisis, risk and related concepts make up the entrance. Some papers about previous crises are also summarized. The reasons of the emergence of the Last Crisis and the impacts on Turkey have been analyzed thereafter. The evaluation of real sector firms? data of several countries succeeds. Next to this, a detailed description of working capital is given and the ratios related to real sector?s performance have been focused on. The thesis continues with the analyses of the current asset related ratios, based on financial tables of the real sector firms, quoted in the Istanbul Stock Exchange.Pre-crisis era has been compared with the crisis era, while the degree of the affection of the real sector current assets has been tested through hypotheses, and two-tail-significance test has been conducted.The results of this thesis draw conclusions from an empirical investigation showing that, the 45 ISE companies chosen among others, have been affected on limited basis.
