| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Karbon monoksit intoksikasyonuna maruz kalmış ve Bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT), Manyetik Rezonans görüntüleme (MRG) ve Technetium-99m hexamethylpropylene amine oxime single-photon, emission computed tomography (Tc-99m HMPAO SPECT) ile değerlendirilmiş bir olgudaki görüntüleme bulguları sunulmuştur. Olgumuzda BT normal iken, MRG'de bilateral occipitotemporal bölgede perfüzyon defekti gösterilmiştir. SPECT'in bulguları ile klinik bulgular paralellik gösterdiği ve prognozu değerlendirmede faydalı olabileceği düşünülmüştür. | en_US |
