dc.description.abstractThe aim of the present study was to determine Co accumulation pattern in bodies of mosquitofish (Gambusia affinis Baird & Girard, 1853) at differing flow rates and concentrations following a 180 hours of exposure period. Co values in each experimental group were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer (FAAS). We found no differences in the mean accumulated Co level between experimental groups.en_US
