dc.description.abstract | QT dispersion may provide an indirect measure of the underlying inhomogeneity of myocardial repolarization. However there are several important unresolved issues regarding the technique and the diagnostic value of assessment of QT dispersion from electrocardiogram. Methodologic problem relates to the issue of lead selection for determination of QT dispersion in order to obtain maximal information on ventricular recovery times. In present study we showed new chest leads groups are more sufficient than limb and standard chest leads groups for reflect regional inhomogeneity of repolarization. | en_US |
