dc.description.abstract | Colonic lipomas are very rare and usually do notcause symptoms until they reach large size. Giantlipomas may mimic malignancy, depending on theirsymptoms, such as obstruction and invagination.Colonic lipomas should always be considered indifferential diagnosis and proper radiological,colonoscopic evaluation is important to avoideunnecessary extensive surgical resection. | en_US |
