dc.description.abstractThe rapid developments in technology have affected human life in many ways. While technology makes life easier, it has been producing new concepts, which are just alternative ways of demonstrating violence, conflict and bullying. With individuals or groups starting to use information and communication technologies for the purpose of doing harm, the term cyberbullying has been introduced. One of the most effective ways of coping with cyberbullying is to raise awareness among individuals. Cyberbullying includes crimes such as harassment, humiliation, intimidation of a child or adolescent by another person using the Internet and mobile technologies. The aim of this study is to assess the cyberbullying tendencies of high school students. High school students make up the population of the study. The study sample comprises 300 high school students in the City of Edirne.en_US
