Trakya bölgesi'nde bulunan Sonchus L. (Asteraceae) türleri üzerinde morfolojik, anatomik ve palinolojik araştırmalar

Özet
Bu çalışmada, Asteraceae familyasından Sonchus L. cinsine ait Sonchus asper (L.) Hill, Sonchus oleraceus L. ve Sonchus tenerrimus L. taksonları morfolojik, anatomik ve palinolojik özellikleri yönünden karşılaştırılmıştır. İncelenen örnekler 2010-2012 yılları arasında Trakya Bölgesi'den toplanmıştır. Toplanan örnekler herbaryum ve fiksasyon materyalleri şeklinde saklanmıştır. Bu örneklerden S. tenerrimus L. ilk defa bu çalışmada Trakya Bölgesi için yeni kayıt olarak bulunmuştur. Morfolojik çalışmalarda taksonların teşhisi ve morfolojik incelemeler herbaryum materyallerinden yapılmıştır. Taksonların gövde, yaprak, çiçek ve meyvelerinin morfolojik karakterleri incelenmiş olup bu morfolojik özellikler fotoğraflarla desteklenerek verilmiştir. Anatomik incelemeler fiksasyon materyallerinden yapılmıştır. Anatomik çalışmalarda gövde enine kesitleri, yaprak enine ve yüzeysel (üst, alt) kesitleri incelenmiş ve mikrofotoğrafları ile birlikte verilmiştir. Yapraklar anomositiktir. Ayrıca yaprak yüzeysel kesitlerine bakıldığında epidermis hücre şekillerinde de farklılıklar olduğu gözlenmiştir. Aynı zamanda anatomik kesitlerde kristal varlığı da gösterilmiştir. Gövdeden enine kesitler ile yapraktan enine ve yüzeysel kesitleri içeren tüm anatomik çalışmalar ilk defa gösterilmiştir. Araştırmanın palinoloji bölümünde, Wodehouse metodu ile daimi hale getirilen polen preparatları ışık mikroskobunda incelenmiştir. Polen tipleri 3(-4)-zonocolporate, polen şekilleri sferoidal, ornamentasyonları ekinattır. Ayrıca polenlerin sterilite oranlarına bakılmıştır. Abstract
In this study, Sonchus asper (L.) Hill, Sonchus oleraceus L. ve Sonchus tennerrimus L. belonging to genus Sonchus L. of family Asteraceae were compared by their morphological, anatomical and palynological features. The examined taxa were collected from European part of Turkey in 2010-2012. The collected plants are protected as herbarium and stock materials. S. tenerrimus L. is recorded as a new record for European Turkey in this study. In the morphological section, identifications of the taxa and the morphological investigations were determined from herbarium materials. The morphological charecteristics of the stem, leaf, flower and fruit were investigated and morphological features have been given along with pictures. The anatomical investigations were determined from stock materials. In the anatomical section, the transverse sections from stem and leaf, along with the surface views from the leaf (the upper and the lower) have been examined along with their microphotographes. The leaves are bifacial and have stomata cells that are anomocytic. However the existance of crystal have been shown in the anatomical sections. All anatomical studies including transverse sections of the stems and leaves and surface section of leaves are illustrated for the first time. In the palynological section, the pollen grain preparates were became permanent with Wodehouse method with light photomicroscope. The pollen is 3(-4)-zonocolporate, spheroidal, echinate.
