Özet
We report on a de nova desmoid tumor of the posterior mediastinum with transdiaphragmatic extension in a 40-year-old man, The tumor was inoperable because of its location and the invasion of adjacent structures. Although extremely rare, desmoid tumors of the posterior mediastinum should be considered in the differential diagnosis of posterior mediastinal masses.
