| dc.description.abstract | Eğitim, Türkiye'de Cumhuriyetin kurulmasından sonra yeni bir toplum yaratmanın en etkin araçlarından biridir .Bu konu toplumda fırsat eşitliğinin sağlanması ilkesi ile birlikte eğitimin gelişmesi ve yaygınlaşması açısından çok önemli rol oynamıştır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirmeye yönelik olarak atılan ilk ve en önemli adım ikiliğe son veren Tevhid-i Tedrisat Kanunu'dur. Millet Mektepleri, okuma yazma kursları ve alfabe reformu gibi bir dizi çalışmadan sonra Türk toplumunda eğitim oranı yükselmeye başlamış ve Mustafa Kemal'in gençlik yılarından beri ciddi bir şekilde ilgilendiği bu konu başarı ile amacına ulaşmıştır. Eğitimin toplum için önemini gösterenlerden birisi de Mustafa Necati'dir ve eğitilmiş bir toplum yaratma fikri bütün Cumhuriyet Hükümetleri dönemi süresince devam etmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | After foundation of Turkish Republic education was very important in order to create a new society. Being widespread of education and its development together with the principle of opportunity equality played an important role in this subject. One of the first and most great step for this aim was the "Tevhid-i Tedrisat" law which ended duality into education and instruction. The proportion of illiteracy in Turkish society highly increased after alphabet reform ,reading- writing companies, millet mektepleri etc. Rightful decisions was very important which was taken seriously from the younger days of Mustafa Kemal for the reach to successful goals at the education area on the way of a high educated community. The importance of education for the community has been shown to the public as in-the example of Mustafa Necati-The idea to reach a highly educated community goes on in the era of republic governments. | en_US |
