Özet
ÖZET Teknolojik olarak hızlı gelişen dünyada, internet sayesinde insanların bilgiye daha hızlı ve doğru biçimde ulaşabilme imkanları arttı. İnternet, gelişimiyle birlikte bir çok alana yayıldı. Vatandaşları doğrudan ilgilendiren Devlet ve Belediye gibi kavramların internete taşınması halk için bir ihtiyaç haline geldi. Devlet ve Belediye'lerin internete taşınma çalışmaları e-Devlet(elektronik Devlet) ve e-Belediye(elektronik Belediye) gibi iki yeni kavramı ortaya çıkardı. Her iki konu üzerine yüzlerce internet uygulaması yazılabilir. Biz, bir belediyenin imar durumu sorgulamasını ele aldık. Bunun için de kent bilgi sistemleri konusunu inceledik ve imar durumu sorgulaması üzerine bir internet uygulaması yazmaya karar verdik. Tezin tamamı dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk iki bölümde e-Devlet ve E-Belediyecilik kavramları incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde ayrıca E-Belediyecilik altında Kent Bilgi Sistemi kavramı hakkında da bilgi verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölüm geliştirilen uygulamaya ayrılmıştır. Dördüncü bölüm Tartışma ve Sonuç bölümüdür.
ABSTRACT In a technologically growing world, by means of internet people's opportunity to access accurate information more swiftly has increased. With the development of internet, it has been spreaded over variable areas. It became a neccesity to. carry some concepts which concerns citizens directly such as government and municipality into internet. These efforts on transfering government and municipality into internet led two new consepts as e-Government(electronic goverment) and e-Municipality(electronic municipality) to emerge. It can be written several internet application on these two concepts. We will concern about public improvement query of a municipality. In order to help we will examine the city information systems. We will type an internet aplication on public improvement query. The thesis consists of four chapters. In first two chapters we will focus on e-Government(electronic goverment) and e- Municipality(electronic municipality) concepts. Also in the second chapter we will mention about city information systems. Third chapter consists an Application. Fourth chapter consists discussions and conclusion.
