Özet

BACKGROUND: Submucous myoma during pregnancy is a very rare clinical entity. CASE: A 39-year-old woman was able to carry her pregnancy to term despite a huge submucous myoma and inevitable myomectomy during cesarean section. CONCLUSION: Cesarean section is indicated in patients with myomas obstructing the birth canal, and myomectomy during cesarean section is not only a reasonable option, but sometimes inevitable.
