| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada Afganistan Küçük ve Orta Boy İşletmelerinin (KOBİ) yönetim sistemi ele alınmıştır. KOBİ’ler dünya çapında ülkelerin ekonomisindeki katkı payından dolayı büyük öneme ve değere sahiptirler. Afganistan, az gelişmiş bir ülke olarak KOBİ’lere çok önem vermektedir. Çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümü, KOBİ’lerin tanımı ve özelliklerini açıklar. İkinci bölümü, Afganistan’ın kısa anlatımını, yönetimin tanımı ve Afganistan’daki KOBİ’lerin durumunu açıklar. Üçüncü bölümü ise uygulama kısmından oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Afganistan KOBİ’lerinin yönetim sistemini incelemektir. Bu amaçla Afganistan’ın başkentindeki KOBİ’lere anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gerçekleşen anket çalışmasının sonucunda veriler analiz edilip bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Bulgulardan, Afganistan KOBİ’lerinin yönetsel ve örgütsel sorunlarının ne düzeyde olduğu belirlenerek öneriler sunulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the management system of the SMEs in Afghanistan is discussed. The SMEs in all countries around the world has great importance and impact on the Economic situation of countries. Afghanistan, as a Developing Country, attaches great importance to SMEs. This study consists of three parts. The first part of the study is the definition and characteristics of SMEs. The second part is a brief description of Afghanistan and the situation of SMEs in Afghanistan. The third part consists of the application part. The aim of this study is to examine the management system of SMEs in Afghanistan. For this purpose, in the study, a questionnaire was conducted with SMEs in capital of Afghanistan. As a result of the survey, the data were analyzed and the findings were obtained. According to the findings, the level of administrative and organizational problems of the SMEs in Afghanistan were determined and recommendations were made. | en_US |
