Özet
Leser-Trelat sign includes the combined sudden onset of seborrheic keratosis and internal malignancy, most commonly adenocarcinoma of the stomach. A case of Leser-Trelat sign in a 75-year-old healthy woman is presented. To search for an underlying malignancy, the invasive and noninvasive investigations were performed and found to reveal any evidence of malignancy. To date, almost all cases of Leser-Trelat sign have been reported in association with an underlying malignancy. There have been a few report associated with healthy individuals in literature.
