Özet
Bu araştırma, Edirne ilinde 2007 ? 2008 eğitim-öğretim yılında, okul öncesi eğitim kurumları yöneticilerinin örgütsel amaçları gerçekleştirme düzeylerini inceleyerek buna ilişkin kendilerinin ve okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin görüşlerini almak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın problem cümlesi, 'Okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında çalışan okul yöneticilerinin örgütsel amaçları gerçekleştirmedeki yeterliliklerine ilişkin okul yöneticileri ve okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin algıları arasında fark var mıdır?' olarak belirlenmiştir. Sözü edilen problemin çözümü için araştırma tarama modelinde, betimsel yönteme uygun olarak çözümlenmiştir.Araştırma esnasında bilimsel süreçlerin kullanılmasıyla araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular okul öncesi eğitimde, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından belirlenen amaçların gerçekleştirilme düzeyini resmi kurumlardaki yöneticilerin ve öğretmenlerin algıları arasında herhangi bir farklılık görülmemiştir.
The study in hand has been designed as a descriptive one in survey model to seek an answer(s) to the main problem stated as follows:" How do preschool administrators and teachers perceive their educational objective(s) attainment?" Raw data were collected through a specially developed " Preschool Ojective Attainment and Importance Perception Questionnaire" With this questionnaire, researchers also aimed at revealing the way subjects perceived importance of the preschool educational objectives set by the Ministry of National Education. T-test, mean, One-Way Anova and frequency analyses have been executed through SPSS (11.0 version) to test the hypotheses formulated.First of all, it is obvious that there are hardly any administrators with preschool and early childhood educational background, just because there is not a higher education channel to breed educational administrators with these qualities. Another noteworthy suggestion would be the need for physical seperation of elementary and preschool education facilities; preschool department having its own management team and teaching staff.
