V.We describe the case of a 40-year-old woman who presented with a pararenal hyaline-vascular type Castleman's disease that had an arterial supply from the renal artery and a draining vein as showed by multidetector CT. K.; Aker, F. V.; Berkman, M. Z.Epidural haemangiomas are very rare tumours of the spine. Only a few case reports have been published and most of them were cavernous or capillary. To the best of our knowledge, we report the first case of a histologically confirmed epidural capillary-cavernous haemangioma of the thoracic spine presented in the MRI.
