Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) karşılaştırma
Evaluating supplier performances in Supply Chain Management (SCM) is an
important problem to choose the most suitable supplier. Since the performance of the
supplier and the performance of the business are directly related, it is extremely
important for the suppliers to work in harmony with the business objectives. Due to
the fact that supplier selection problems can have the potential to contain more than
one conflicting, quantitative or qualitative factors; In solving these problems,
decision makers often prefer to use multi-criteria decision making methods.
In our study, supplier selection criteria were determined for the health sector,
which is a special field, and it was possible to make comparisons as a result of expert
opinions. In the first stage of the study, the studies related to the determination of the
criteria of SCM were examined and a related hierarchical table was created by
making an in-depth literature review and referring to the information of health
experts who have experience in the determined criteria. In the second stage of the
study, pairwise comparisons were made by the experts according to the Decision
Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) comparison scale, and the
correlation levels between the criteria were determined and the effect matrix was
created. In the third stage, the comparison between the criteria with a relationship
level above the threshold value determined by the experts was evaluated with the
Analytic Network Process (ANP) method using the SuperDecisions program.
