dc.description.abstractToplumsal cinsiyet algısı bağlamında oluşmuş kalıp yargılar, bireylerin sosyal hayatı üzerinde etkili olmaktadır. Kişilik özellikleri ve sosyal ilişkiler ile ilgili genellemeler de toplumsal cinsiyete dayalı kalıp yargılar bağlamında şekillenmektedir. Kadınların sahip olduğu özellikler nedeniyle hemcinsleriyle olumlu ilişkiler kurumadığına yönelik kalıp yargılar “İnsan insanın kurdudur.” fenomenin türetilip “Kadın kadının kurdudur.” fenomenin oluşturulmasına neden olmuştur. Bu araştırmanın amacı, kadınlarla birlikte çalışmış olmak fenomenini deneyimlemiş kadınların, “Kadın kadının kurdudur.” fenomenine yönelik kabullerinin var olup olmadığı ve kadınların kabulleri üzerinde etkili olan faktörlerin neler olduğu ile ilgili sonuçlara ulaşmaktır. Araştırma, çalışma hayatındaki kadın ilişkilerini, toplumsal cinsiyet bağlamında değerlendirmesi ve kadın çalışanların ilişkileriyle ilgili derinlemesine bilgi sağlaması sebebiyle önem taşımaktadır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma tekniklerinden fenomenolojik araştırma kullanılmış, araştırmanın verileri, kadınlarla birlikte çalışmış olmak deneyimini yaşayan on beş kadın katılımcıdan elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre “Kadın kadının kurdudur.” fenomeninin ifade ettiği anlam, katılımcılar tarafından kabul görmektedir. Araştırmada, kadın çalışanlar arasındaki ilişkilere yönelik, toplumsal cinsiyet algısı temelli, kalıp yargıların oluşumunda etkili olan faktörlerle ilgili sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe stereotypes formed in the context of perceptions about gender are effective on the social life of individuals. Generalizations about personality traits and social relations are also shaped against the backdrop of gender-based stereotypes. The stereotypes that women are not able to establish positive relations with their fellows due to the characteristics they have led to the creation of the phenomenon that “a woman is a wolf to another woman by the reproduction of the phenomenon that “a man is a wolf to another man”. The aim of this research is to reach conclusions about whether women who have experienced the phenomenon of working with women have acceptances of the phenomenon of "a woman is a wolf to another woman" and what are the factors affecting their admittance of this phenomenon. The research is of vital importance because it evaluates women's relations in working life in the context of gender and provides in-depth information about the relations of women employees. Phenomenological research, one of the qualitative research techniques, was used in this research, and the research data were obtained from fifteen women participants who had the experience of working with women. According to the findings of the research, the meaning of the phenomenon “a woman is a wolf to another woman” is acknowledged by the participants. In the research, results were obtained regarding the factors that are effective in the formation of stereotypes based on gender perception towards relations between women employeesen_US
