16. YY. 1541 nolu Rodoscuk ( Tekirdağ) şeriye sicili transkripsiyon ve tahlili

Abstract

Çalışmış olduğumuz 1541 Numaralı Tekirdağ (Rodoscuk) Şeriye siciline ait defter, 85 varaktan oluşmaktadır. Her bir varak kendi içerisinde a/b şeklinde gösterilmiştir. Defter 1601 (H. 1008/1009) yılına aittir. Transkripsiyonu yapılan defterde adı geçen görevlilere ait genel bilgi verilmiş ve şeriye sicillerinin özelliklerinden bahsedilmiştir. Aynı zamanda Tekirdağ’ın (Rodoscuk) kültürel, sosyal, ekonomik yapısı hakkında da bazı değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur. Defterde adı geçen mahalle ve köy isimleri ile bunlara ait dava konuları, ayrı bir başlık altında tablolar şeklinde gösterilmiştir. En son bölümde defterin transkripsiyonuna yer verilerek çalışma tamamlanmıştır.

The notebook of the Tekirdağ (Rodoscuk) Şerʻiyye register number 1541, which we have worked on, consists of 85 foils. Each leaf is shown as a / b in itself. The book contains the provisions of the year 1008/1009 milad 1601. In the transcribed book, general information about the officials mentioned is given and the characteristics of the sharia registers are mentioned. At the same time, some evaluations have been made about the cultural, social and economic structure of Tekirdağ (Rodoscuk). The names of the neighborhoods and villages mentioned in the book and their case subjects are shown in tables under a separate title. In the last section, the transcription of the notebook was included and the study was completed.
