18-19 yaş arası üreme çağındaki evli kadınların cinsel fonksiyonlarından memnuniyet durumu, cinsel semptomları ve bu semptomların cinsel yaşam kalitesi üzerine etkisi

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the satisfaction status of sexual function of married women in reproductive aged between 18-49, the their sexual semptoms and the effects of the symptoms on quality of their sexual life This cross-sectional study was conducted on married women who 537 of them were residing in Edirne city centre whereas 467 of them wereresiding in Kırklareli provincial centers between July 2015 and April 2016. In the research stratified sampling method was used by classifying women according to their age groups. Data were collected with a questionnaire form that was prepared by reviewing the literature, Arizona Sexual Experience Scale-Woman (ASES-F), and Sexual Life Quality Scale-Woman (SQLQ-F). This study was found 78,1 % of women were satisfied with their sexual life. It was determined that the average score of ASES-F was 13,5±5,4 and 68% of women was sexual dysfunction. It was found that the average score of SQLQ-F was 74,2±21,0 and 76,7% of women was good sexual life quality. It was found a significant negative correlation between the average score of ASES-F and the average score of SQLQ-F (r=-0,633; p<0,001). It was found a significant negative correlation between the average score of ASES-F, subscale scores of ‘’Sexual Desire’’, ‘’Sexual Arousal’’, ‘’Vaginal Lubrication’’, ‘’Sexual Satisfaction’’, ‘’Orgasm’’ and the average score of SQLQ-F in all age groups (18-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49) (p<0,001). It was determined that as age and marriage age increased more sexual symptoms was increased (p=0,021) and the quality of sexual life was decreased (p<0,001)in women aged between 45-49 compared to other age groups. It was determined that the majority of married women reproductived age was satisfied with their sexual life. However, as age and marriage age increased, sexual symptoms was increased and the quality of sexual life was decreased.

Çalışmada 18-49 yaş arası üreme çağındaki evli kadınların cinsel fonksiyonlarından memnuniyet durumu, cinsel semptomları ve bu semptomların cinsel yaşam kalitesi üzerine etkisini incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Kesitsel tipte bu araştırma, Temmuz 2015-Nisan 2016 tarihleri arasında 537’si Edirne il merkezinde, 467’si Kırklareli il merkezinde ikamet eden evli kadınlar üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Kadınlar yaş gruplarına göre tabakalandırılarak, tabakalı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veriler; literatür incelenerek hazırlanan anket formu, Arizona Cinsel Yaşantılar Ölçeği-Kadın Formu (ACYÖ-K) ve Cinsel Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği-Kadın (CYKÖ-K) ile toplanmıştır. Çalışmada kadınların %78,1’inin cinsel hayatından memnun olduğu saptanmıştır. ACYÖ-K toplam puan ortalamasının 13,4±5,4 olduğu ve kadınların %68’inde cinsel fonksiyon bozukluğu olduğu belirlenmiştir. CYKÖ-K toplam puan ortalamasının 74,2±21,0 olduğu ve kadınların %76,7 sinin cinsel yaşam kalitesinin iyi olduğu saptanmıştır. ACYÖ-K toplam puanı ortalaması ile CYKÖ-K toplam puan ortalaması arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur (r=-0,633; p<0,001). Tüm yaş gruplarının (18-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40- 44, 45-49) ACYÖ-K toplam puan ve “Cinsel İstek”, “Cinsel Uyarılma”, “Vajinal Lubrikasyon”, “Cinsel Doyum”, “Orgazm”alt boyut puan ortalamaları ile CYKÖ-K toplam puan ortalaması arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur (p<0,001). Yaş ve evlilik yılı arttıkça ve 45-49 yaş arası kadınlarda diğer yaş gruplarına göre daha fazla cinsel semptomların arttığı (p=0,021) ve cinsel yaşam kalitesinin azaldığı belirlenmiştir (p<0,001). Üreme çağındaki evli kadınların büyük çoğunluğunun cinsel hayatlarından memnun olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ancak yaş ve evlilik yılı arttıkça cinsel semptomların arttığı ve beraberinde cinsel yaşam kalitesinin azaldığı saptanmıştır.
