Sığla ağacı (Liquidambar orientalis Mill.) yağının bileşiminin belirlenmesi, karakterizasyonu ve bazı bileşenlerinden kokulu türevlerin sentezlenmesi

Abstract

Sığla yağı relikt ve endemik bir tür olan Anadolu Sığla Ağacı (Liquidambar orientalis Mill.)' ndan elde edilir. Bu balsam hem uçucu yağları hem de reçineli yapıları içerdiğinden oleoresin grubuna aittir. Bu tezin amacı sığla yağında bulunan bileşikleri izole etmek ve kokulu bileşiklerin sentezinde hammadde olarak kullanmaktır. İzole edilen bileşikler kokulu bileşikler olan ester ve alkollere dönüştürülmüştür. Bileşiklerin yapıları NMR ve IR spektrometreleri ile tayin edilmiştir.

Abstract

Sığla oil is obtained from Anatolia Sığla Tree (Liquidambar orientalis Mill.) which is a kind of relict and endemic. This balsam is belong to oleresin group because of including both essential oil and resin structure. The goal of this thesis is to isolate the compounds which are found in sığla oil and to use as a raw material in the synthesis of scented compounds. The isolated compounds have been converted to esters and alcohols which are scented compounds. The structure of the compounds have been determined by NMR and IR spectrometer.
