Bis-antranilesterlerden sülfonamid sentezi

Abstract

İsatoik anhidrid, dört yeni bis-antranilester vermek için bazik ortamda değişik alkandiol bileşikleri (1,3-propandiol, 1,4-bütandiol, 1,5-pentandiol ve 1,6-heksandiol) ile reaksiyona sokuldu. Elde edilen bileşikler, bazik ortamda metansülfonil klorür ve 4-toluensülfonil klorür ile 8 yeni sülfonamidlere dönüştürüldü. Bileşiklerin yapıları NMR, IR ve Kütle spektroskopisi ile tayin edildi.

İsatoic anhydride was reacted with different alkanediol compounds (1,3-propanediol, 1,4-butanediol, 1,5-pentanediol and 1,6-hexanediol) in basic medium to give four new Bis-anthranilester. The resulting compounds were converted to eight new sulfonamides with methanesulfonyl chloride and 4-toluenesulfonyl chloride in basic medium. The structures of the compounds were determined by NMR, IR, and mass spectroscopy.
